Hev, both, 100-400L at 400, but the fantail came and played around my feet, sometimes too close (about 2 m) to focus on.
The sort of thing you would expect from a Grey Fantail but I have never had a Rufous do it before.
I see lots of grey fantails around my place but only rarely the rufous ones. Their colour really stands out when they fan their tails. You've done well to capture it.
