Spotted this in a paddock today but couldn't get a decent look or decent photo to be able to tell what it is. Obviously a bird of prey but not sure what.

Not the best picture sadly, but the colouring and shape appear to be similar to a Whistling Kite. If that's a raven to the left, it gives a good indication of the sizes.
