Morning everyone, hope you had a good week. We are well into spring now so there should be lots of lovely chicks around the place. Thought it would be lovely to see some of that new bird life this week.
As always, wait for someone else to post before posting again.
Cheers

Magpie Larks
Oh that Wagtail chick and the Magpie Lark pair are just a little bit CUTE!
I have a little Tasmanian Native Hen (or locally called Bush Chook or Turbo Chook ). Possibly only a week or few from the brown Juvi feathers popping through, but considering how fast they develop, still a baby in my opinion.

Great baby photos everyone. Amazing photo of those musk ducklings Shorty - you are the king of the triplets. Very cute Native Hen chick Annie - very sharp.
I saw these Pccific Ducklings today - so had to put them in.
Certainly am getting my cute fix with this weeks challenge, fabulous photo's everyone!
Four Welcome Swallow nestlings - poor little guy second from the left is getting an earful from it's brother or sister

Not as good as any of your photos but I wanted to post this one up.
Check out the feet on this bad boy or girl.
Hope those Welcome Swallows are in harmony AnnieJ! - made me think of a Barber Shop quartet. Amazing photo.
Nice shot Devster - those feet do look way oversized!
Saw this confident little Black Winged Stilt the other day - still fluffy like a baby.
That Purple Swamp Hen chick is just too cute, LOVE it's humungous feet - put those on any other animal and they'd be tripping over them I bet. Oh that little Stilt has the strut thing worked out for sure, what a sweetie.
Look who I found while out and about early this evening - near melted my heart . From the way this little one and it's sister were struggling to get from low branch to low branch, and the numerous nana naps they had in between feeds from their adoring parents and aunties, I'd guess that they have only very recently left the nest.

I must have missed a few posts, just saw your Frogmouths Shorty, how flippin' adorable! Oh so jealous, have never seen an adult Tawny in the daytime, but to see puffballs as well?! Is that their nest under the chicks, or the remnants of it?

Thanks, Annie. Last Sunday a friend found them and she sent me a text and i went straight out there
Yep that is their nest, i went out there this morning but could only find 1 youngster, i hope the others have fledged and nothing has happened to them.
Love the quartet of swallows, did you have a worm hanging off your lens
