Bird of prey Thread # 1722

I shot these pictures a few days ago at far distance. It look like a bird of prey carried a frog in its mouth. Is it possible to identify it by body and wing shapes ? Location: Brookfield, Brisbane.

I would have to agree with the Swamp Harrier. A pacific Baza has a different wing shape, more rounded, and shows up more grey/white than any other colour, and this bird apears to be dark brown. 

I'm not an expert though, so you should probably wait and have someone else confirm :)

Thanks Everyone for your comments. I think that it is likely to be swamp harrier as Pacific Baza (Crested Hawk) have a different shape as shown in the attached picture. Regards,  Trac
