Thats a good start Darin.
BIF can be difficult and you really need to pick when to shoot, strong light early morning or evening. Getting your settings right is also important, I'm not sure what gear you are using but I can tell you are on your way to producing some very good shots.
I reckon getting any photos of a swallow in flight is difficult to say the least, well done.
