I photographed this bird at Blanket Bay in the Otways in Victoria. I haven't been able to identify it but a male Bristle bird was in the vicinity but he didn't want to be photographed.

Yes M-L is right, definitely Olive Whistler. The Otways seems to be one of the best spots for them.
