We have removed a thread in the social sub-forum that got off-topic and was no longer appropriate. I would ask everyone to reaquaint themselves with the forum rules, be sure that what you post is welcome and appropriate in a thread and is contributing to the conversation. Discussions are of course encouraged and disagreements that follow are unavoidable on forums (and in real life), please conduct yourselves appropriately however and do not attack the person you are disagreeing with.
