Yes, it's a Grey Currawong but I think the subspecies is melanoptera. The subspecies versicolor is found from west of Melbourne to eastern Victoria & into south eastern NSW.
This might all sound very knowlegeable but I got this information from Peter Monkhorst et al: The Austalian Bird Guide.
