Dollar birds

At Namadgi National Park this morning captured photos of a pair of dollar birds.  There was a lot of noise going on and a number of altercations with a pair of gallahs.  Think the dollar birds were encroaching on the gallahs territory obviously they were looking for some "new real estate" because after a lot more noise and fluttering they mated (the dollar birds not the gallahs).  The first photo shows the beautiful purple hue on their wings.  Hope you enjoy the shots.  By the way Shorty the ISO setting is working well - thanks.

Gorgeous shots Diane!  Love that third one especially, shows off the under and outer wing colourations so well.
