I'm going to say Grey Whistler as the bird lacks the yellow undertail which would separate it from female Golden Whistler. On some occasions, you can also notice faint horizontal barring on the throat of GoldenW female (race melanura). That aside, what's more important is that GoldenW doesn't occur where you saw this bird. Definitely Grey Whistler...
Some whistler (Pachycephala sp.). Not sure which you get up there. Golden? It may be a female.
