Birding in the UK

I am super excited as I'm off to the UK in 2 weeks! I've been watching Dave Gosney's Birding series (which is awesome by the way) and he goes to RSPB reserves. The reserves look really cool, they have hides and some even have shops. Do we have anything like them here in Australia? Also wondering if anyone has any tips about where to go birding in the UK or which species to look out for? I'm keen to go to Bempton Cliffs Reserve to see the Auks. I just bought my first DSLR too so hopefully I'll have some cool photos to post when I get back. :)

The auks or pufins would be at the top my list!
I would google RSPB reserves and uk bird watching clubs the uk is the home of bird watching and there is so much information about where and when to go

Do you need anyone to carry your bags? I just checked out the website for the Bempton Cliffs and I expect you will be blown away by the sights and sounds, not to mention the smells. Get in early as these sites can be very busy, at some, I think you even have to book time in the hides at peak season.I'm from the UK and have bird watched over most of it over the years, lots should be happening in June, have fun and take lots of pictures.
