We live adjacent to Munghorn Gap Nature Reserve and have decided to do something to raise awareness of the importance of this reserve as a haven for a great diversity of birds. So we are creating an annual photography Award with a cash prize of $1000. Do members of this forum think this is a project we should pursue and will there be sufficient interest? Help, please. We gave created a page on our website

Munghorn Photography Award
SOrry to be ignorant but where is Munghorn gap?
Sunshine Coast Queensland
The Munghorn Gap is 35 kms north-east of the wine growing town of Mudgee in NSW, 3.5 hours out of Sydney. It is the western most extension of the world heritage listed Wollemi National Park and comprises an area where three ecosystems overlap ..coastal, inland and northern. This overlap gives it an amazing diversity of flora which in turn leads to very diverse birdlife. We can offer serious photographers overnight access to a very comfortable guest room here plus of course people are very welcome to pitch a tent here if roughing it is your thing. All this info is being put on our new website ... http://www.thedripmudgee.com
