Hi Mr Tattoo,
I have seen it done a few ways but I think the easiest is as an attachment where you attach the .mp3 or other audio file to your post; or you made a video with sound and upload to youtube and post the link. You maybe even able to just post the audio file to youtube (I'm not sure) and again post the link.
Birdie and Soames have experience with this.
