Ok its really a Budgie,
Use to live with my Aunt till she past away recently. The bird is now viscous and was told that my aunt use to give it wine every night because she would come out of her cage for it and not for any other reason.
its been a week and no alcohol for birdie and she is snarling and none too well, still eating a bit and drinking her water (I saw her once yesterday)
Do you think cold turkey is the best way and she will come round eventually? I cant let the kids near her and the lorikeet wont go near her either ?
Suggestions / comments would be helpful.
