Thanks for the comments guyz, pretty sure from memory i was around 2 metres @ one stage. I was lucky to nail the shot with some bursts because i had no more than 2 seconds before it lost interest in hanging around me. I think my shutter spooked it.

Shows how important it is to have the settings right in order to get it first go.
