This Australian Pipit was photographed in Albury on the weekend. I have only seen them once before so it was a good find. This bird did not seem to mind my intrusuion into it's busy day.

I never use to see this bird much either where im from in the South west of WA but now seem to encounter all the time recently

Very nice shot Rob - they are quite confident birds.
I have seen them in various habitats around sydney from time to time - paddocks, playing fields, beaches and cliff tops.
