Both are actually falcons. The first two are Brown Falcon, the last a Nankeen Kestrel (technically a falcon too).
We have two raptor families present in Australia:
Accipitridae (hawks, eagles, harriers, kites). Species in this group include Red Goshawk, Brown Goshawk, Collared Sparrowhawk, Pacific Baza, Grey Goshawk, Little Eagle, Wedge-tailed Eagle (both these are the only true booted eagle species as well here), White-bellied Sea Eagle (more closely related to kites than true booted eagles), Black-breasted Buzzard, Spotted Harrier, Swamp Harrier, Whistling Kite, Black Kite, Square-tailed Kite, Eastern Osprey, Brahminy Kite, Black-shouldered Kite, Letter-winged Kite (think this is all from memory).
Falconidae (falcons). We have Brown Falcon, Peregrine Falcon, Nankeen Kestrel, Grey Falcon, Black Falcon (imaginative common names), Little Falcon (aka Aus. Hobby).
