Hello
I live in an area of the Adelaide Hills where there are many European trees (including my garden) and also very near a reserve with large lake and bush land. About 5k from urban Adelaide.
I hear this bird only occasionally in my garden and it seems to be mostly in surrounding tall and pine trees. I have never been able to catch a glimpse but do have a recoding below.
Any help would be great!
Thank you in advance

Maybe a wattlebird or Friarbird?
Tegan - Melbourne Vic.
Hmmmm. It sounds fairly close to a Grey Currawong call.
The currawong would fit, as I have seen some about at the same time and the call is really loud (initially thought they were ravens/crows high in the trees until I saw the white tipped tail in flight), I did look them up but couldn't nail a good or similar audio example online so I thought I'd ask.
Thank you :)
