Thanks all ,yes I was stoked to get this one I have seen a few usually they take off the moment I see them but this one and his mate just sat there and let Charlie and I take photos, lots of photos, I only saw them because there was a Noisy Miner sitting on the branch in the photo and the Hobby nearly landed on him I don't know weather he after the Miner or just wanted the high branch, the Miner perched near by and let it be known how annoyed he was. .
It was nice and sunny but there was a bitterly cold breeze and I think thats why he looks fluffed up.
