Well, I can't see the yellow plume behind the eye so I think it's a Dusky... Also, despite the low lighting, the plumage is obviously darker overall. In Brown HE, the underside is usually faded white at the belly. Where there is white-ish featers, I think are just the downy bases of the feathers.

My initial though was a female Red-headed Honeyeater. It doesn't look dark enough for a Dusky, and doesn't look the right bill shape for a Brown.

The tail looks a little long for Red-headed Honeyeater. I'd put my money on Dusky Honeyeater.
