Those photos of the tiniest Wren I ever saw, were taken this morning,
I'm thinking of getting a job at "Hallmark Greeting Cards".
What do you think? "Kitsch" might sell? If Adrienne could put some "love hearts" around, that would make them complete.
Has anybody else got Kitsck like that? I want to see it.
This little wren had just come out of the nest, I watched it trying to land on a branch and fall off. It was leaning on to the branch and shaking , that's how scared the poor baby was. It'll have to learn fast.

awwwww .... they are gorgeous M-L ..... love hearts would ruin them but Photoshop could take care of the distracting blur around them . You must spend a lot of time behind that camera of yours

Don't put hearts around them Araminta, I agree with birdie, they are perfect the way they are, and I kinda like the blurring. I was actually wondering if you did use Photoshop, your pics are always so amazing. My hubby wondered if you used a tripod but I didn't think you did. Must be just your Sony equipment and your good photographer's eye.
Thanks guys. Yes, I don't spend a lot of time behind that camera, I keep it next to the door, and every time I hear or see something in my garden, I make a run for it. HaHa.
Correa (and hubby), no, I don't have photoshop, and I don't use a tripod either, I did buy a monopod, but gave it to my husband. All my photos are handheld, from standing as cose as I can to the birds.
I show you the original photo, I was standing very close to the shrub, and as you can see the blur is from leaves infront of the little one. All I did was cropping it.

Your camera has image stabilising though right M-L or the lens I mean ? IF I could wish for anythngn it would be that now my hands are shakey!!!

Yes birdie, it has what Sony calls" Steady Shot function", and a scale indicator I can look at (mostly don't because I can't be bothered, and the camera works for me) But when the scale is low, that's when I hold my breath and shoot. LOL

Kitsch does sell, especially as greeting cards. Especially if they're as adorable and as skillfully done as your photo of the little wren here :)
Have you compiled a portfolio of your awesome photos yet?
