One of my more common sightings locally, an adult Powerful Owl. The largest species of owl in Australia.
Photographed in NW Sydney last Saturday night while I was out on my own in a beautiful, enchanted, forest.

Well done, great photo. If there's anything better than seeing an owl at night, it would have to be seeing a gigantic owl at night!
