I think these are Kites but not sure

Couldn't really tell on the bird finder. They were casually flying in circles over Lysterfield Lake in Victoria.  Beautiful to watch and very graceful and occasionally coming together and then separating again.

Very high up so I could not get good closeups with my 300mm but at least you can see the pattern under their wings. Not as big as eagles but they were still quite big.
