Looks like a juvenile Black Backed Butcherbird.

looks like a juvenile Pied Butcherbird to me,though it could be a Black-backed,though i've never even heard of those :p
Pizzey and Knight list this bird Cape York N.Q.
Because of the distinctive broad collar almost extending around the neck and lack of fore eye flash I thought it may not be either a Pied or a Grey juvenile.
If it is a Black Backed it is a long way from home.
