Point me in the direction of something to shoot? The more remote/extreme/wilderness, the better .. but has to be at least mildly achievable! :)

Places vary in abundance and species depending on the time of year you visit them.
Some birds in the UK winter overseas so not the best time of the year to be going. Iceland in winter is not for the faint-hearted.
