Very bad quality photos, 100% zoom and taken from afar, but I've never seen this species before so can't ID. They were hopping around on the runway tarmac all day.

The first thing that I thought of was a Pipit. They have long pinkish legs and a pale eyebrow, like your birds. What do you think?

And they also have the black stripe that goes from the base of the beak down the side of the neck to the chest, like your birds.
I think you're on the money Andy, it's the only similar looking bird with that throat stripe.
