All I have seen for the last few years are Rufous Whistlers.
I am hoping this is actually a Golden Whistler this time. He seems to have the very yellow chest and the black head. Photos arent that great.
There's that fine line between getting closer and scaring it off!
Definitely a golden whistler! Good pics. It is hard to get these as they move quickly.
I have quite a few of these around my place. In fact I would like to see more rufous whistlers.

Well thats very cool.
I thought we did have both at one stage, but as I said before only the Rufous has been seen lately. I am so pleased that I do actually have the Golden too.
