You need to upload it to either Photobucket or Flickr, copy the website address for the image and then paste it with the codes [ img ] [ / img ] around it (but remove the spaces).

Looks like a common koel to me,though i'm no expert
Does look like a cuckoo shrike but takes a bit of a keen eye at that young age! Have you passed it on to your local wildlife rescue organisation so they can raise him? Please do.
