My Dad took these photos on a property about 100km NW of Bourke. I have no idea what it is. It's quite a small bird and he was pretty sure the first pic is of it sitting at it's nest. Any ideas?

I am not sure but could it be a brown tree creeper? I have never seen one but it does seem to match the field guide profile.

Yeah birdie. It looks like a tree creeper of some sort. Personally i have never seen any species of Treecreeper so im not the best at ids on these.
Pretty sure it's a Brown TC.

Seems to be a brown treecreeper but doesn't seem to have the pale eyebrow. Perhaps that is the photo or maybe it is a juvenile.
Definitely a Brown Treecreeper. The breast markings are spot on. I wanted to see but could not look at the linked images from work last night.
