Just from a quick look on the BiBy website, I'd suggest an Australian Ringneck (http://birdsinbackyards.net/bird/362), particularly the description of the Cloncurry subspecies.

I did some more research and found that you are correct.
It is the Cloncurry sub-species of the Australian ringnecks
Traveling around Australia!
