My daughter sent me this image from her iPhone. Can anyone identify it for me. I thought at first it was a Musk Lorikeet, but there is no red on its head. I think it was taken in Kew, near the Yarra.

I'd guess Red-rumped Parrots.

I agree they're Red-rumped Parrots. Here are some pics I took of a pair, you can see the male has a yellow belly.
Thanks, I visited Melbourne myself yesterday and found just one of them. Male I guess. Red-rumped? Unfortunately this is the only side of him I got a shot of. This was right on the banks of the Yarra, close to the Victoria St. Bridge in Kew.
