Hey Owen,
Yeah they are almost impossible to tell apart as juvenilles. I chose collared sparrowhawk due to the wider pupil (which could have been just less light really) and the lack of beetle-brow... well there's a little one there but I don't know whether it's enough to make it Brown Goshawk.

Something about the eyes tells me its a collared sparrowhawk... where's Windhover when you need him.

he looks only just more like a juvenile brown goshawk taz but it could really be etiher one. they are so hard to tell apart
