help with an ID

could anyone help with an ID on this little guy?
taken in eastern victoria
hes only little, about the size of a sparrow

i think its either a yellow rumped or buff rumped thornbill

sorry about the pic, but it was getting dark and he was really fast this was the only non blurry shot i could get

any help much appreciated
