Pretty sure this is a Lesser Sand Plover, comparison of size to the Black Fronted Dotterel. Was taken south of Port Headland.
Hard to tell from those photos. Have you got any photos with the head more side on, to give a better view of relative bill size & bill shape.

Also got this guy which I'm not sure about, thought it could be the same species but not certain. Sorry for the poor quality. Just trying to identify from old photos. This was taken on the coast at Cape Keraudren, start of the eighty mile beach.
The 2 photos in post #3 are Greater Sand Plover. Long pointy bill.
The bird in post #4 appears to be another Greater Sand Plover, but hard to be sure without a better view of the bill.
