It's quite a warm, humid day here on the south eastern slopes of the Mt Lofty Ranges, not the sort of day I normally see Little Pied Cormorants flying north. However, warnings are out for the northern parts of SA for heavy rain. I'm wondering if the two Little Pied Cormorants I've seen today, about an hour apart, are heading off to take advantage of conditions in the north.
