Had, what i thought, was a Little Wattle Bird chick hatch about 3 weeks ago, it appears a lot larger and a different colour to the parent (photo attached), can someone tell me if that is normal or it is a "ring in" - thanks

It's an Eastern Koel chick.
Red wattlebirds are apparently known to be hosts, though no mention of little wattlebirds.
