See what happens when I miss a few days on-line. Just beautiful, owls are my favourite I think. What is the best time of "day" to see nocturnal birds? I mean, obviously night, but dawn/dusk also? There is an as yet unidentified hooting far into the bush in a spot where I frequently go and I'm not prepared to go off the path for fear of damaging vegetation/habitat, or disturbing anything wiggly with teeth I often wonder if I waited just a little further into the afternoon, would I get a chance to see the mystery bird?
