Ryu that is a male redcap parrott which is for me best looking of all parrots of greater south west of West Australia.
You dont get them anywhere else in the state nor I think the country

The Red-Capped Parrot is a very serious "tick" for any bird watcher, very nice find. I plan to visit Perth in October so might just have to take in Albany and Esperance.
