Nightowl.  nearly 74.   Some people get good results with point and shoot cameras.  Mine is a Canon DSLR Kiss X5  18.5 megapixels.   Mainly I use my 75-300mm lens. For moving targets I use the sport setting with 3-4 rapid shots then choose the best frame.  Often I use my sony handycam with a zoom lens and select the best frames.. Roy
