Mistletoebird?

Hi all, was walking down the road to the shops with camera in toe (as you do lol) and came across a very small red and black bird up in a tree, at frist I thought it was a robin or honeyeater but it looked to wrong. Bird finder looks good for a Mistletoebird.

Looks good to me, but I wouldn't know, don't have them in Tassie, nice shot from below, hard to get good photos of birds up high.

Lately I have had a pair of mistletoe birds in my garden collecting nest material. They love collecting spiderwebs and plant fluff like lambs ears leaves. Some of my trees are all mistletoe and nothing else, the birds do a good job of spreading the seeds around. They are quite fearless around cats, I had to rescue one male from my wife's cat, it doesn't seem to be harmed.

thanks. I only managed two shots, this and one wehre it ws behind a branch. I tried other position but I could only see it either standing from the road (too many cars) or right under doing a neck/back bend haha
