Think the closest is an Eastern Curlew but unsure of the other. Lee Point, Darwin.

yes, Eastern or Far Eastern Curlew depending on the list thta you follow - that unmistakeable beak
Bar-tailed Godwit - very common shorebird, long gently upcurved bill with pink upper section
yes, Whimbrel - short downcurved bill, dark crown with pale centre line

Two and a half days of birding, Dawin and surrounds plus Fogg Dam. Didn't get to Litchfield.
