Hi folks!
I just got into Brisbane and have heard wonderful things about the bird life here. I've managed 2 short walks out so far and have been very fortunate to get shots of 2 new species I'm happy with:
Do help me out if I had identified them incorrectly.
I would feel most blessed if I will be able to meet up with the experienced birders here in Brisbane to show me the ropes.
My 2 shots:

Great photos, you have done well for short walks!

Magnificent photos - great work! Im sure you will get many more!
Amazing shots particularly the Russet-tailed Thrush. They tend to stay in the shadows and avoid the brighter areas (i.e. the areas that are good for photography). Mount Glorious is a great spot.

Reflex, thanks for the kind words!
