Nocturnal Species

Hello, I need help identifying this call which I've heard at various times throughout the night, from dusk until early morning. The call usually only lasts a few minutes and has a couple of slight variations which you can hear at 1:13-1:15. This is the 2nd post I've asked about this because I'm certain its not an Owlet Nightjar (which is what people said before). I've listened to numerous Owlet calls online and none match what I can hear.

Heres the sound.  https://soundcloud.com/nickp007/voice-0071

Using headphones (or good speakers) is recommended and turn your volume up 100% so you can hear it clearly.

There is nothing more after 1:20.

There's a call madre by Southern Boobook that sounds exactly like this.
