Once again, BG or CS?

Taken at Gluepot birdhide, SA, on the weekend.

Visitors were recording a sighting of CS at the hide but I thought this looked a little more BG although it was quite a small bird maybe 300mm tall.

It does look more like a BS but I'm not sure.

I think Brown Goshawk.....rounded tail, brow LOOKS heavy enough.....male because of small size.

However even adult male Goshawks's are more than 30cm, so maybe more Rick?

Not sure where supposed to measure from but would be 300 to 350max perch to head when standing.

Yes, all these id requests are solved, they are all Brown Sparrowhawk laugh

//seriously though a tough one indeed, looks like a male Gos imo, apparent lack of long middle toe, seemingly rounded tail in pic #2.

Some closer pics of the feet and tail.

I'm sticking with male Brown Goshawk at the moment.

usual rule for length is bird lying flat and measure from tip of beak to tip of tail or toes (whichever is longer)
