Sorry to take the wind out of your sails M-L but it's a Fan-tailed Cuckoo. That yellow eye ring and a hint of that buff breast is the key.

Thanks Akos, I have darkened it as much as I could, it was much brighter before. It never was and never will be a good photo, I only put it up, because I hadn't seen one fron close up before, although I hear them often call in the bush behind us.
