I have seen this parrot in the Boolarra State Forest. It is often on it's own but I have also seen a pair.
It looks like a blue winged parrot but I thought they were in flocks.

I'd say that is a blue-winged parrot, rozkidd. Good shot, too. They're usually in small parties or in pairs.
