Im in Sydney and I think to have a chance to see bee-eaters would have to venture further inland.

Good looking bird. Come to think about we used to see them regularly but I haven't seen one for ages. Might be a bird that migrates here in the warmer months.

Rainbow Bee-eaters migrate from the tropics to more southerly parts during late spring, Reflex, although I would have thought you'd be likely to see them at this time of the year in Samford Valley - given appropriate habitat.
