I'd say you have a gorgeous Striated Pardalote there, I'm guessing possibly a male. There are a few sub-species of Striated Pardalotes around Australia, but without location of your bird, I couldn't guess which one sorry.

I'll 2nd Striated Pardalote. Best guess for subspecies would be ornatus from SE Aust.

Or possibly substriatus? Although hasn't got the wide white wing stripe for a substriatus, so I would go with SteveM's subspecies over mine.
