Pectoral would have a slightly longer bill with a bit of yellow on the underside near the base, the legs would appear to be brighter yellow than a Sharpie, and the chestnut cap on the head would be slightly duller with a Pectoral.
Also, the small striations on the breast of the sharpie end at the throat and only continue down on the flanks below the wing, while the Pectoral has strong striations that end abruptly in a line at the breast.
