Caught these little fellows enjoying the sprinkler in the garden! One was having a shower, the Red head only took a quick sip and was gone again!
But i do love seeing these little fellows in my garden!
They are my superb fairy wrens!

Just sat down after a hard day at work, got the best of both worlds , photos posted by my fine feathered friends and looking out my window watching birds fly past all I need to do is to get my camera out and start snapping away.

Gotcha there! Friday arvo, beer in hand, sitting on back verandah and the birdlife this arvo is amazing, very dry day, and they have all been dipping in their bird bath or dipping in my pool!

I had a swim today in the pool! A short one mind you 'cause the water was a chilly 24! But it was nice, and all the birds enjoyed their swim as well, you can visit if you like, bring a swag but!
Lovely birds and pics. Wouldn't it be great if we could just follow the sun around. We've got ourselves so tied down and tied up in knots we can hardly move anymore. I think I must have been a nomad in another life. Now my creature comforts have got me tied down again.
